LTDC Construction Services
LTDC Construction Services is the charitable division of the Le Tour de Christ - Sports Ministry, related to construction projects. Our charitable approach with construction services has three strategies:
1) Charity from billable projects, where we destine a percentage of the revenue of the project to one of our annual charitable activities, depending on the month it is being performed, and whether it is a 3rd Party activity, or a Ministry (Club) Owned activity.
2) Charity from inviting our paying customers to participate as Sponsors of the Sports Ministry, by donating to our annual activities.
3) Charity for parishes and parishioners with no or limited capital to spend, where we offer our services for free, as a charitable service.
As disciples of Jesus Christ, we strive to deliver quality and customer satisfaction in every project we engage, whether is a small project or a large one.
We cover a wide range spectrum of services for your home or business. We can help you with projects related to:
a) Framing, Insulation, Drywall, and Finish.
b) Painting.
c) Carpentry: fence, baseboard, crown molding, cabinets, floor and door installation.
d) Cabinet assembly and installation.
e) Electric and electric fixtures installation.
f) Plumbing and plumbing fixture installation.
g) Masonry.
h) Pressure Cleaning.
i) Demolitions.

... where members of the club donated their time and efforts to paint the offices of the St. Elizabeth of Hungary parish in Pompano Beach (FL), from the Catholic Church; bringing the Total Labor Cost of the project to $0. (3/14/2021)
Project Tasks Performed:
a) Exterior pressure cleaning.
b) Exterior primer/paint (walls, windows, gutters and wood trims).
c) Interior baseboard section replacement.
Total volunteers hours invested: 32 hrs.
